1. How do you pronouce “4ied?”
   • I pronounce it “four-eyed.”
2. What is a “4iedbandit?”
   • It’s me! This actually came about in the days of old-fashioned Bulletin Board Systems. These systems usually required an alias and I needed a handle to go by. I’ve always liked to do things my own way, and I wanted a name that would be completely unique. I’ve worn glasses since high school, thus the “4ied” bit, and “bandit” just made it sound cool. Thus was born “4iedbandit.” It’s a handle I’ve kept ever since as it’s proven to be totally unique. Until such time as someone else thinks it’s cool, but I’ll always be the first. 4iedbandit since 1988.
3. Why can’t I post any feedback?
   • Well, originally I was using Scoop and the only comments I ever got were spam. I fully recognize that this site is pretty much vanity, and not a major source for discussion. So I decided to do without comments. If you really want to send me a note, you’ll have to figure out the email for yourself. Consider it a “Turing” test of sorts.
4. Your site looks terrible.
   • Perhaps you should look with a better browser?
   • Firefox works.
   • Safari works.
   • Opera works
   • I think anything based on the mozilla code should display quite nicely.
   • Internet Exploder? Well, you really should use a web browser that plays well with others.
